Refund Policy

Effective March 20, 2026

This Refund Policy describes how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to TenHaul. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1.How billing works

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. The plan tier (e.g., Starter, Growth, Scale) determines how many truck slots your company can have active at the same time. You can change tiers at any time from your account’s billing settings; changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

2.Trial period

New subscriptions include a one-month free trial. We collect a payment method at signup but do not charge it during the trial. You may cancel from your account’s billing settings any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Our payment processor will email you before the trial ends.

If you do not cancel, your subscription will start automatically at the end of the trial at the plan price shown at signup. The promotional trial length may change in the future for new signups; the trial offered at the time of your signup is what applies to your subscription.

3.Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account’s billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your team retains access to the paid features until that date.

We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused time after a cancellation, except where required by law.

4.Refund eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental charge. If you were billed twice for the same period, or charged after a verified cancellation, we will refund the duplicated amount.
  • Verified billing error. If we charge a wrong amount due to a system error on our side, we will refund the difference.
  • Where required by law. Where applicable consumer-protection law requires a refund, we will comply.

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

5.How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Once we initiate a refund, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6.Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to re-charge the card for a short period. If payment is not resolved, we may suspend access until the balance is settled. Suspended periods do not entitle you to extension or credit unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7.Contact

For billing questions or to request a refund, email contact@tenhaul.com from the email associated with your TenHaul account, and include your company name and the date of the charge.
