Questions
What counts as a truck?
Any active power unit in your fleet during the billing period. Trailers, chassis, and office vehicles don't count. You can add or remove truck slots at any time and we pro-rate.
Is there really no per-dispatcher fee?
Every plan includes up to 3 dispatchers at no extra cost. Office staff, accounting, and owners can all have accounts without affecting your bill — we charge for trucks, not seats.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time; the new rate kicks in on your next billing cycle with pro-rating. No contracts, no exit fees.
How does the free trial work?
